Available in weight loss and wellness categories, the iFit cards (sold separately) plug into your elliptical's console to help you lose weight, feel great, and improve performance in just eight weeks. Each card--which is designed by a certified personal trainer--automatically adjusts the resistance while the voice of a personal trainer takes you through the workout.

To top it off, the trainer includes a SpaceSaver design for easy storage. In a single step, you can fold the trainer's base and pedals and save nearly 3 feet of floor space. Also equipped with an MP3-compatible music port, the StrideSelect will whip you into shape in no time. The trainer supports up to 275 pounds.
