The 590e includes a couple of convenient extras that combine to take your workout to the next level. The trainer is iFit compatible, so users who prefer to train on a schedule can stay motivated. Available in multiple workout categories, the iFit cards (sold separately) plug into your treadmill's console to help you lose weight, feel great, and improve performance in just eight weeks. Each card--which is designed by a certified personal trainer--automatically adjusts the resistance while the voice of a personal trainer takes you through the workout. The trainer also includes both an Intensity Ramp and upper body workout arms. The Intensity Ramp lets you adjust the incline of your elliptical stride so you can isolate the glues, quads, and calves, while the upper body workout arms are designed to help you burn more calories and add muscle tone.

Other features include an Interplay music port for iPods and MP3 players; a built-in Intermix Acoustics 2.0 speaker system; 16 resistance levels; a dual-grip EKG heart rate monitor; a CoolAire workout fan, and a 300-pound weight capacity. The 590e measures 62 by 65 by 27 inches (W x H x D) and carries a lifetime warranty on the frame and a one-year warranty on parts and labor.
